How many beefs have started over complete misunderstandings? I would imagine more often than not, these are how they start. Then we jump in and fire back, which makes it worse. The cycle continues until it is resolved in one way or the other.

There is a famous quote by Viktor Frankl:“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

What if we all took that space between the stimulus and response? How many conflicts could be avoided?
