This is the point in the season where a lot of coaches are saying goodbye to their teams either because of not making tournaments, tournament losses, or even COVID-19 related issues. We felt like it was important to post this episode with Coach Martelli because he really takes us back to the “why” around coaching. This episode is incredibly rich and has been one of our most popular episodes.
Coach Martelli takes us through his incredible journey through high school and college basketball. Even though he is one of the most successful coaches in the history of college basketball, what shines through the most is his love for young people, his family and his love for the game of basketball. This episode is incredibly special and uplifting.
