Every entrepreneur wants more freedom. There is a list of specific steps you must complete as an owner to create a business that thrives without you. In today's episode, we're going to breakdown three steps you can take to get that business structure you desire.

The Greatness Unlimited book of the month for June 2019 was Built to Sell by John Warrillow. This book explains how you can create a business and structure it properly so that you can sell it and live an amazing life. But instead of focusing on a business that can be sold, we're covering the steps to create a business that thrives without you.

  1. Isolate the product or service with the potential to scale. This means create a product that solves a problem but doesn't always need your presence. Products can created from services as well.
  2. Next, create a positive cash-flow cycle. Customers should become clients that pay you every month to solve a problem. Package your services to solve specific issues the market faces.
  3. Lastly, start hiring. Acquire specialists to complete tasks within your systems. Hiring is not a difficult process, even in the beginning stages.

These three steps will help you create a business that doesn't always need your presence. When we first begin our careers as entrepreneurs, it's easy to do everything ourselves and want to always be in control. The big players in entrepreneurship understand the power of systems and hiring specialists.
