In this episode of the Grow2Gether podcast, we're joined by Anne Marie Morello who is a Wellbeing & Transformation Coach and holds a diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling, is a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner and an NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Master Therapist. She is also completing an MSc in Existential Psychotherapy.

Anne has 12 years experience in teaching English Language, English Literature and Drama at secondary level and 15 years experience as a practitioner and teacher of Hatha Yoga and Yoga Philosophy. During this time, she has acquired an extensive array of techniques that have given her an insight into how to shorten the pathways to happiness, well-being, confidence, success, fulfillment, and self-worth for others.

In this episode, we discuss how Anne has achieved all of this and the personal transformation journey she has been on, of which Yoga, EFT, and NLP has changed her life.
