And this week we are going to talk all about the Asteraceae family. Also known as the composites or just simply the daisy family. Today's episode will focus on FOUR edible members of this plant family - artichoke, cardoon, lettuce, and marigolds. Plus, we're going to talk about edible landscaping, companion planting and seed saving!
