Episode two is with football coach Jordan Forrester. Originally from South Queensferry, he is a product of the Edinburgh College Sports Programmes. Now Jordan is the assistant coach at Livingston Women’s Football Club. Last season his side won the Championship division, which is the third tier of Scottish football, allowing for promotion to the Scottish Premier League Two. In this interview we chat about principles of coaching, team development and how to build a positive culture.
