Charlotte Lockhart has had a long and successful career in the legal and finance industries, and in 2019, was working at an organization where a 4-day workweek pilot was implemented. Charlotte co-led this experiment, and it soon became clear that there were not only tangible benefits, but massive interest from other organizations.

4-Day Week Global recently released their Ireland and US Report from a 6-month trial involving 33 companies and 969 employees. Download a copy here to see the results.
