I am preparing my masterclass assisting women how to heal, hone, and master their energy through a modality called Reiki. As a student and seeker it is important to understand what we are dealing with so in this episode I share what spiritual energy is, where it comes from, how you can read energy and what types of energy that your body possess. I will also share why I think that NO BODY! Is a negative person on this planet. The idea might change your mind. This episode is not meant to influence you but to encourage you to explore what spiritual energy is and what it means to you. I do not speak from a place enforcing religion or a set in stone beliefs. I share my experiences, understanding, and teachings from others to provide a path for the seeker and to confirm anything that comes up for them.
