How do you feel about your body?
"If you experience a flood of disparaging thoughts, you are far from alone. Recent studies find that approximately 63 percent of women and 50 percent of men in the United States are dissatisfied with their body and view it negatively."
But your body is a gift from God. It is a miracle. Your goal body has nothing to do with a number on the scale. That is just a number. You are a beautiful person and not just a body.
As you approach this weight loss journey, I want to invite you to journal about how you would define your goal body? How do you want to feel in your body? What do you want to be able to do?
