We started the show talking basketball with the NBA Finals getting underway. Then Doug Glanville joined us from across the pond to discuss his experience in London for the MLB series and the significance of baseball in different countries. He also talked about the Phillies' success and their dominant pitching rotation before we shifted the conversation to the merger of statistics from the Negro leagues and the importance of recognizing the history and contributions of black players. Glanville emphasized the value of embracing and integrating this history into the current game and he addressed the concerns about merging statistics and highlights the significance of acknowledging the humanity and impact of these players.
