Do the mind and body work together? Are goals and hope truly necessary for us all? Can we make choices in ANY situation that are honorable and right?

In this book study, we are looking at several themes from "Man's Search for Meaning," by Dr. Vikor Frankl. You can listen to them in any order!

Episode 109 - Week One - Theme: Humanity

Episode 110 - Week Two - Theme: Goals

Episode 111 - Week Three - Theme: Decisions

Dr. Viktor Fankl was a psychiatrist and also a survivor of Auschwitz and other concentration camps. Through his work, he not only descried the conditions of the camps, but he explored the mental, emotional, and spiritual lives of the prisoners in a way that only a survivor could. He also created his own practice of psychiatry based on what he experienced and observed.

We all make decisions large and small - but we may not realize their power. In this episode, I explore the theme of "Decisions" and the great power and responsibility that Dr. Frankl suggested we all have, no matter the circumstances.

* Are you a powerful reader? Do you want to be a better reader? You can "change your life for cheap" when you really learn how to study valuable books. And here's the great thing about books: their tremendous value to you, the reader, doesn't usually come with a high price-tag. In fact, great books are easy and inexpensive to obtain!
