Today on The Hodder Show Rewind, we're going back to October 25th/2018 with episode 186!
Sleep is great, isn't it? You've had a long day, your head hits the pillow, and you doze off into a deep rejuvenating sleep..unless, of course, you open your eyes moments later with a horrible demon standing over you, trying to eat your soul while you desperately try to scream, close your eyes or shake yourself awake only to find out..you can't. Sleep paralysis is a horrible state in which your body is in between wakefulness and sleep. In most cases you are totally unable to move, speak, blink, or anything. Though It is harmless..it's freaking terrifying. This week for a "spooky" themed episode, I'm joined by my cohost of Two Guys and A Game Cazador Jones as he explains what it's like living with sleep paralysis. We also dive into some horrible dreams I used to have and nightmares in general. It's certainly a very interesting and creepy episode!
