Aoife McNena is Head of HR at Intuity Technologies. With over 16 years’ experience as a HR Professional working across Manufacturing, Higher Education, Health and IT and Not for Profit sectors, she is a chartered fellow with the CIPD and an accredited Executive and Leadership Coach. Aoife is a BA Graduate of Law and Economics with NUIG and holds a H.Dip in Business and Masters in HRM and Corporate Strategy also from NUIG.

Aoife has a wealth of experience working with Seniors Leaders and Managers across organisations creating optimal conditions for high performing teams and embedding a coaching mindset as key measures of success.
