Jay Runnfeldt has owned, developed and operated 20 different restaurants and bar concepts for over 26 years. Former operator and owner of Three Headed Productions, where he created, owned, and operated 14 restaurant concepts. Currently involved with JCB projects where he acted as owner, operator or advisor to innovative restaurants and bars in the Chicago, Milwaukee, Charlotte and now the Kansas City Markets.
