Hormones have long been the butt of every joke for why something in us just isn’t quite right.

“I’m just hormonal,” “I feel like shit, my period must be coming soon,” “she’s being so bitchy, she must be PMSing,”… I could go on. But as we are learning more and more, as alternative and natural health medicine is growing in popularity and in depth, hormones are no joke.

A topic that is near and dear to my heart, as I’ve been dealing with my own hormonal imbalance the past few years, I brought my friend and fellow health coach Emily Waterfield-Buttner to the show to talk creating hormonal harmony, the importance of balancing your hormones for overall health, vitality, aging, and how to not just learn to live with your hormones, but learn to thrive.
