Gut health has exploded in the last few years, and I think now is certainly as good a time as any to be paying attention to our gut health. With the topic of immunity on our minds, the gut isn't often the first place we think of-- but it should be. As you'll learn, "gut health IS immune health!"

What impacts our gut the most? Turns out it's not just what you eat, but what you're not eating.
