Halla Bint Khalid is an author and illustrator of children's books and an established painter.
She created her own publishing house, releasing books in both arabic and english with her own illustrations.
Halla is a frequent and cherished visitor to our school, sharing her stories of facing adversity and censorship in her work. She often blows us away with her authenticity, humility and bravery when telling her own unique story to adults and students of all ages.
In this chat, we focus on the concept of 'Persistence'.
