Q1 (03:55) My child is twelve years old and really struggles with stitches during matches. They can come on at any point and he’s had to leave the field on a couple of occasions. Is there anything he can do to help prevent them...?

Q2 (07:43) I have a son that has always been very active and fit. He’s still a good cross country runner but during his football he seems to run out of steam. He’s just about to turn 11 and I’m worried he’s not as fit as he used to be. Any ideas on why this might be?

Q3 (10:11) My son is ten and plays for a team that do regular fitness sessions, including a bleep test. I listened to your podcast a while back saying that it was more important at that age to concentrate on the football. I was wondering what Terry’s thoughts are...?

Q4 (12:19) At what age do children start losing flexibility and what sort of things should they be doing once it starts decreasing?
