The circadian rhythm or body clock is how our body regulates different biology, physical and mental activities according to a 24-hour cycle. This system plays a major role in how we are able to sleep at night and stay active during the day, and also how we are able to adapt to different time zones when we migrate from place to place. In this episode, we discussed the science of this cycle, how it affects processes like sleep and how our activities can cause an alteration to this cycle.
