This week I am joined by Pam Barosh who is an author, medium, spiritual coach, meditation teacher, and energy healer. As a messenger of love, she learned the importance of energy after experiencing a life-threatening illness and a seriously imbalanced lifestyle. After connecting to angels and spirit guides, she fully recovered and began a journey to help guide others to find their own healing by tapping into love energy. With a master’s degree in psychology and training in spiritual healing, she brings a unique perspective of wellness. She loves to work with clients who are ready for big transformations and includes concepts from past lives, chakra energy, mindfulness, and soul healing as part of each personalised healing session.
