In this episode I discuss how I like to set new month challenges and intentions. I started doing this about 2-3 years ago. Each month I reflect and reset to my short and long term goals. One of my biggest goals last year (2018)was to finally to publish my first book (poetry book) and have it available for the world to check out. I dive into some details here .
