#136 Becca Brighty - Everyone can be happy and brilliant at work

Becca talks to us about how everyone can be happy and brilliant at work.

We talk about:

  • How doing a coaching qualification was transformational.
  • How we all need to stop, reflect and take in what we’re doing in life.
  • And studying psychology as her dad wouldn’t fund a photography degree.

Becca Brighty is a Business Psychologist and Coach. She helps driven professionals to understand their purpose, achieve their potential and live successful and balanced lives. She strongly believes that everyone can and should be happy and brilliant at work: It’s just a matter of them understanding and playing to their strengths and finding the right environment.

Becca has collected many qualifications over the years (a Degree in Psychology, Masters degree in Organisational Psychology, several psychometric testing qualifications, a post graduate certificate in business and personal coaching etc), but it is her personal experience of workplace misery, generalised anxiety disorder, imposter syndrome and difficulty identifying her purpose that helps her really connect with and empathise with her clients.
