In this episode, Rachel and Stuart Review and Riff off of L. David Marquet's 2012 book, Turn the Ship Around: A True Story of Turning Followers into Leaders. Mr. Marquet tells of his story as the Captain of the USS Santa Fe and how he and his crew used a Leader-Leader approach to turn the submarine from worst to first. This is an outstanding book and we think our review and riff is pretty good too!
