In this episode, I explain why I recently passed on investing into a large real estate apartment complex deal in my own backyard of the upstate of South Carolina.
Furthermore, note that if the majority of people you talk with are explaining why there are no good deals available in today's real estate market, or why now isn't the right time to invest, I must confess that I strongly disagree.
