Episode 10 of the Iron Man Show wrestling podcast is here and we're doing something slightly different for a change this week.

Yes, rather than the standard format we've mixed things up a little by doing a commentary on the very first Elimination Chamber match, which was first broadcast at WWE Survivor Series 2002. This may or may not be thanks to Old Man Joey's absence. If you didn't listen last week, Joey was kidnapped by the Iron Sheik. Keep tuning in as this story progresses.

If you've never watched it before (or an Elimination Chamber match), it features six wrestlers, four of which are placed in a see through pod at the start of the match. At regular intervals thereafter one of those four is "randomly" released from the pod and enter the match. This goes on until all six men have entered the ring and, via elimination, only one remains. The wrestlers in the match were as follows:

Triple H Shawn Michaels Booker T Chris Jericho Rob Van Dam Kane

There were a few important storylines going in and coming out of this match, and set up a number of different feuds over the next few months.

If you have the WWE Network and you want to listen along to us as we watch the match, load up Survivor Series 2002 and navigate to the last white timeline marker in the show. Then wait for Simon's countdown and... away you go!
