Alyssa Westring, is an associate professor of management at the Driehaus College of Business at DePaul University and author of Parents Who Lead: The Leadership Approach You Need to Parent with Purpose, Fuel Your Career, and Create a Richer Life. For over 15 years she has been studying work life integration with a particular focus on working parents and women’s careers.
