White Supremacy in America still exists. Criminally stereotyping and racial profiling is another way white racists socially condition African Americans into believing that they are the inferior race. It's the same way the American prison system is set up to be seen as a road to "redemption" and "responsibility" for the inferior by those who consider themselves to be superior. Instead, it's a nothing more but a control mechanism designed to keep African American's forever mentally enslaved. I truly believe my former employer who also sits on the board of a non-profit organization that partners with the Department of Corrections in NYS thought he could socially experiment on yet another innocent African-American who had "disobeyed", and who wasn't a criminal. However, that didn't stop him from labeling me as such, and how he thought I should be seen in the court of public opinion as opposed to my actual true character. Since the early 18th century African Americans have been negatively portrayed by a myriad of stereotypes, nothing has changed in fact for some whites with authority it has become even more of an obsession, power, and a privilege to manipulate, distort facts, cause division and a feeling of self-loathing in the African American community. #workplace retaliation #stalking #racism #profiling #narcissism #manipulation
