Tonight Jay welcomes special guests Christian Mack (Managing Partner) and Dennis Murchison (Partner) of Lotus Domaine.
Christian Mack (44) is a Managing Partner of Lotus and brings over 20+ years of enterprise software experience and 6+ years of Private Equity experience covering North America, Europe and Asia. After successfully founding Resolve Systems in 2005 and selling it in 2012, Mr. Mack founded a Family Office in 2012 and started Lotus in 2014. Mr. Mack will be responsible for the daily operations of the Fund, including fund formation, facilitating deal flow, performing due diligence, investment decisions, evaluating strategies with the potential to create value for portfolio companies, and planning and executing exit strategies. Mr. Mack graduated from University of Chicago, with a B.S. in Mathematics.
Dennis Murchison (60) is a Partner for Lotus Domaine. Mr. Murchison has 30 years of experience across a wide spectrum of fields including marketing, financial services, real estate, and private equity. Mr. Murchison formed MT Capital Partners, LLC to invest his capital alongside his family’s money in various public and private ventures. He is also a Managing Director of Mezzcap Partners, LLC, an investment firm in Century City, CA that structures and funds mezzanine debt for private companies to fund their growth, acquisitions and repurchase of equity held by non-management shareholders. Mr. Murchison will be responsible for deal origination, facilitating deal flow, performing due diligence, participating in Fund investment decisions, evaluating strategies with portfolio companies, and preparing the Fund for Exit. Mr. Murchison graduated from the San Diego State University with a Bachelors Degree in Sport Medicine.
