Kate Sullivan and Dave Morsberger filed a lawsuit about the more than 79,000 confirmed election violations in Maryland during the 2022 election cycle (maximum allowed according to election law in Maryland is 16) and the ongoing issues with the Boards of Elections across the State of Maryland and their unwillingness to address the concerns regarding the voting systems, machines, voter rolls, provisional and mail-in ballots and actual data issues.
