Down to Earth According to Abraham
John 8
Your father Abraham rejoiced that he would see my day. He saw it and was glad. John 8:56
The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light. Isaiah 9:2a
All the families of the earth shall be blessed. Genesis 12:3b
Shall a child be born to a man who is a hundred years old? Shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear a child? Genesis 17:17
Yet even if I do judge, my judgment is true, for it is not I alone who judge, but I and the Father who sent me. John 8:16
When you have lifted up the Son of Man , then you will know that I am he. John 8:28
And Jesus said to them, If you hold to my teaching, you will really be my disciples, then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. John 8:31–32
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36
Truly, truly, I say to you, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death. John 8:51
If anyone keeps my word, he will never taste death. John 8:52
