We spoke with Beirut born Dubai reigning multi-talented jewellery designer & entrepreneur Nadine Kanso where she reveals that her art is about believing in “me” & aimed at imparting a strong identity to the Arabic culture across the globe.
She dives deep into the meaningfulness of her brand Bil Arabi. Strong expression of culture & Arab identity, the 1st ring made was letter “Noon” ( Arabic N ) that caused stir & motivated Nadine to create other Arabic letters. With time & surge in the likeliness of Bil Arabi letters then grew into words, phrases & symbolic of Arabic poetry & art.
She collaborated with several famed brands including RobertoWan & her work is featured in Jewellery Trend book 2021 under speak up trend “artivism”. Forbes Middle East featured her in the August issue as Woman behind Middle Eastern brand.
