It’s tough to maintain the workforce as the operations are affected by corona virus (COVID-19), as retaining the artisans & employees is turning harder for the companies there are ways to balance this out in a planned way.

In episode 10 of The Jewellery Pod, my mentor, ex-boss & CEO of VD Jewels Artison Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Deepak Jain joined to give constructive tips to the Jewellery Manufacturers & Retailers on how to deal with the expenses & challenging tasks like managing big teams.

He holds vast experience in setting up of the large manufacturing units, developing International businesses from scratch & leading the bigger teams.

Manufacturers & retailers have to work more closely & be supportive towards each other post-COVID 19. The ill-practice of long credits need to be reviewed & talked about at the larger platform.

It’s an emotional rather strategic decision to keep or let go of the employees, steps have to be taken in the best business & employee interest, listen to know more.
