Hi Friends, Today John and I are discussing the wonderful and fascinating world of breath. Did you know that you take on average 20,000 breaths everyday! Isn't it amazing that our respiratory system works autonomously, leaving us with the luxury of using our conscious mind for other pursuits. But we all know sometimes its easy to get distracted, our minds get filled up with so many thoughts, things to do, places we need to go and we loose touch with ourselves and the present moment. Today John and I will cover four areas in relationship to breath and of course we will be guiding you through some lovely meditation. 1. The physical process of breathing. 2. The Present moment and your breath. 3. How is breath related to our emotions. 4. Full body breathing. Thank you for listening, Much love and blessings x
