There's so much that can be said about change, but we're going to focus this episode on the kind of change that is caused during seasons of transition.
Regardless if the catalyst is perceived as good or bad, the impact of change and transition is inevitably, always the same, it is disruptive. Because change and transition are disruptive, they often create stress, they bring forth our fears, our worries and anxieties that are hidden deep below the surface of the day-to-day busy-ness.
When our lives are disrupted through change or through transition in any capacity, it challenges our beliefs, our comfort in our places of safety. It makes us vulnerable in ways we're not comfortable with.
In this week's episode, I'll begin laying the groundwork for the T.I.M.E.S. Method, which was designed to help those in transition or seasons of disruption, effectively navigate these periods, and ultimately end up on the winning side.
