Another huge week in the county's non-league scene and we've got three interviews for your listening pleasure. Hollands & Blair hit 10 in their win over Welling Town and boss Luke Jessup was understandably thrilled - he tells us about that win, the competition for places, playing the right way and his hopes for the future. Visiting chairman/manager Kevin Oakes is joined by new assistant boss Bill Reynolds to discuss their heavy defeat, how they plan to bounce back and their plans after announcing a move to K Sports. Dartford groundsman Jay Berkhauer tells us that clubs need to invest in their grass pitches to keep getting games on rather than just defaulting to 3G - and explains the difficulties of another wet winter.
