Tiauna Jackson is a talent and literary agent, and the founder of the Jackson Agency. She specializes in providing representation for actors, writers, producers, and directors. Jackson is the first black woman to be elected to the Association of Talent Agents, and the first black woman to own a WGA franchise.

Tiauna Jackson is a talent and literary agent who has made history by becoming the first black woman to be elected to the Association of Talent Agents. She has also founded her own agency, The Jackson Agency. In this podcast, she talks about her journey to becoming an agent and the obstacles she has faced along the way.
