He is an advocate for the "Working Together" model, an approach he has adopted throughout his career and indeed his life. He believes it's the only way to make a positive difference professionally and personally.
He considers himself fortunate to have worked with clear-thinking decision-makers and business partners who have played a role in developing his leadership mantra of establishing priorities and making the decisions to deliver them.
