Dr. Tyler Arvig, PSYD, LP joins the Konik Blueprint Podcast and discusses the timely and very important topic of Workplace Mental Health. As the Associate Medical Director for R3 Continuum, Tyler brings extensive knowledge and experience working with employees and business leaders navigating this difficult area.

Tyler shares actionable advice that both employees and leaders can do to improve overall health and wellbeing in the workplace. Having the courage to seek help when you need it and lean on your manager and peers for help are critical steps everyone can take.

Leaders too, are at risk of developing mental health concerns and need to implement tools to keep their health front of mind. Seeking out help from peers and self-care are just as critical to leaders as anyone.

Tyler recommends everyone using any resources available to them including Employee Assistance Programs, mindfulness, talk therapy, and connecting with others to keep as healthy as possible.
