Odilon Alexander Ngu is a Cameroonian-born philosopher, mathematician, author, and founder. He was first to formulate the Equation of Intelligence and founded The Universal Journal of Intelligence ( UJOI), The Unified Intelligence DAO, and New Globe Utopia®, intelligence-driven research organizations, developing systems for navigating complexity. TLDR: The Unified Intelligence DAO presents The Intelligence Black Paper, an IPFS-hosted publication that formalizes a definition of General Intelligence. General intelligence is used to define a Proof-of-Intelligence consensus mechanism and a domain agnostic language for interaction.
