EP363: Ayahuasca, Sexual Trauma, and My Recent Healing
As you guys know, I have been on the plant medicine path for about five years now, and Ayahuasca has been a really powerful medicine and a deep part of my soul's path work.
Recently, I had a deep dive into healing a new layer of my relationship with myself, and on the other side, I felt really inspired and called to share the experience with all of you in a real raw "here's what happened" episode.
Not going to lie, I cry a little in this one.
So in today's episode, we talk about:
- My journey with Ayahuasca and healing sexual trauma
- How trauma stores and stays in the body and the power of release work
- How healers, guides, and mentors need to continue to do their own healing
- What I discovered and realized in collapsing a new timeline around my trauma
- How to process the realization that your needs were not met as a child
- Healing the father wound
I'll leave it at that babes. This is a really vulnerable episode and I hope it illuminates some heart-centered healing for you too.
