The Dubai International Arbitration Centre's mediation rules, approved in July 2023, are now in effect. From October 1st, all new mediation requests submitted to the Centre will be governed by these Rules, with introductory provisions outlined. Whether it's an agreed-upon mediation or a dispute in need of resolution, these rules provide a framework for a fair and efficient process.
