In this episode we discuss the “gay cake case” and why the Court reached the decision it did about the bakers who were sued for refusing to ice the slogan “Support Gay Marriage” on a cake (www.lawgazette.co.uk/commentary-and-opinion/judgment-in-gay-cake-case/5067886.article), we talk about the much publicised injunction against the Telegraph newspaper brought by who we now know to be Sir Philip Green, including injunctions, parliamentary privilege and NDAs and also the sexual harassment issues faced by Google, including the staff walk out.
