Jess Roper is the two times WRSA English Kickboxing champion and a 2nd Degree Black Belt. She is deeply passionate about building self- esteem in women through sport and martial arts. In 2021 she took her amazing story, growing up with parents who were addicts, feeling a huge lack of confidence as a teenager and her rise to being a champion, out to schools with huge impact.
She struggles with the term leader and how it applies it her but in this chat, she explains her very simple definition of leadership and her mantra ' Dream BIG, start small, NEVER GIVE UP'
