“Leaders need to be able to tell a story to people in challenging times - Where are we at? What does it really mean? Where can we go and how are we gonna get there?”

In this episode, we discover The Science Of Storytelling and how almost everyone does this wrong in business. More importantly, we discuss how to transform your success with impactful storytelling.

We also talk about tips on improving your influence in every situation, so that you can inspire, motivate and lead people effectively.

ABOUT OUR GUEST

Richard Newman is the Founder of Body Talk. Over the past 22 years, his team has trained over 120,000 business leaders around the world to improve their communication and impact, including one client who gained over $1 Billion in new business in just one year using the strategies that Richard teaches.

Business leaders all over the world rely on Richard to transform their communication and to speak on the biggest stages. But he had to learn it all from scratch as someone who’s highly-introverted.

Richard has high-functioning autism. He was painfully shy as a child.

Aged 18, Richard started his mission to discover the core communication principles. He went to live in the foothills of the Himalayas with Tibetan monks, who spoke no English. They had to communicate non-verbally to understand each other.

He then worked as a professional actor, studying how to walk, move and speak to increase his impact on an audience. He eventually became a keynote speaker, coach, author and speechwriter, winning the coveted Cicero

Grand Prize for Best Speechwriter of the Year.
