Personal core values may include things like honesty, integrity, respect, kindness, and responsibility.

On the other hand, as a team leader, you will also need to establish values that are specific to your team's culture and goals. These values should be aligned with your personal core values, but they may be more focused on the needs and goals of the team. For example, a team leader might establish values like collaboration, innovation, accountability, or excellence. These values will help create a strong team culture, clarify expectations, and guide decision-making.

It's important for a team leader to be aware of both their personal core values and the values they establish for their team.
