Today’s guest is Ron Pereira. Ron is a Co-Founder and Partner of Gemba Academy, LLC a training and e-learning organization that provides high quality online and DVD based training for individuals and groups globally. Ron is also the host of The Gemba Academy Podcast which airs weekly and features some of the brightest minds and continuous improvement professionals in the world. Ron’s podcast partly inspired this podcast
Ron has more than 18 years of experience working in operations, engineering, supply chain, and continuous improvement either for or with some of the leading companies in the world. Ron was the first American to win the Nokia, Inc. Global Six Sigma and Overall Quality Award and eventually became a judge for the award. Ron has personally trained and mentored thousands of individuals around the world in both Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies.
