So for most of you, when you started your business, you probably didn’t think too long or hard about the name you used for your business.
Instead, maybe you did a domain name search to see if your chosen domain was available. Maybe you did a google search to see if anyone else was using your name? And maybe, if you were really thinking ahead, you did a simple search on the USPTO website to see if your name was taken by another business.
