Pierre tells Sophie that it is the fault of the government even though she challenge this by saying that the people play the largest part. Without a functioning government and proper infrastructure, Pierre is convinced that the basic education and awareness needed in the country in regards to managing waste, climate change & sustainability will remain minimal. Will Lebanon remain a large landfill oozing bacteria? or will the people step up and be the necessary change?
