  • has published her personal dental research "Bruxism and Stress among Veterans with Gulf War Illness" in the Association of Military Surgeons of the United States (AMSUS) Journal of Military Medicine
  • is the Dental Department Head for the USS Fort Lauderdale (LPD 28).
  • practices twice a month at a local nonprofit, low-income Dental Clinic in her community, Chesapeake Care Clinic.
  • is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Old Dominion University, School of Dental Hygiene.
  • serves at on the Admissions Committee at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry and began the conversation for the 1st Early Assurance Program between XULA and UAB
  • is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the National Dental Association (NDA)
