-is a 28 year old native of New Orleans, Louisiana
-is a graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana with a B.S. in Accounting
-currently works as an accountant for the United States Government
-is a student of Martial Arts. Ernest states, "My martial arts career started in the 3rd grade when I was beat up by a bigger kid, and it was through martial arts that I realized those skills carried over into real life"
-has Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which impacted his ability to finish books as a youth. When he was 20 years old he was recommended an audiobook by his sister in law and his life changed forever. This new form of learning allowed Ernest to study and master many books.
-His goals include becoming a venture capitalist specializing in Technology start ups and funding a STEM scholarship to fund the college education of at least 100 black students.
